Why you shouldn’t use names.co to register your domain names

We have recently undertaken a website rescue for one of our clients, and part of that process required some domain names to be transferred away from names.co.

What we discovered was quite shocking, and certainly not common practice, but not only were they being double to triple charged for a domain name, namesco also charge a £10+VAT leaving fee for each domain name.

Buyer Beware, this is a shoddy practice!

We don’t look to make a profit from our domain name business, however, it is often easier to manage all the settings and assess any technical problems where the domain and hosting are with us, you of course also benefit from free SSL certificates.

We offer free .co.uk domain transfers with £7 a year renewal fees and £6 transfer fee for .com and annual charges of £12.

Printing and Typesetting Industry

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
